  • Table vinegar - 200 Milliliters
  • Granulated sugar - 100 Grams
  • Salt - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Ten" salad for the winter"

1. Wash the eggplants and cut them into small pieces, then transfer to a bowl or colander and sprinkle with a pinch of salt, leave for half an hour. 2. Wash and peel the pepper, cut into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into the same slices as the rest of the vegetables. 3. Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings, and the garlic into thin slices. 4. Put all vegetables in a large saucepan and add sugar, salt, oil, stir. 5. Cover the pan with a lid and put on high heat, after boiling, reduce it to a minimum and simmer the salad for 50 minutes, add vinegar 5 minutes before cooking. 6. Put the prepared salad hot in jars or cool and serve it to the table.
