- Dried fern - 100 Grams
- Garlic - 5 Cloves
- Soy Sauce - 50 Milliliters
- Ground red pepper - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Ajinomoto - 1 Art. spoon (monosodium glutamate)
How to cook "Korean Fern"
1 Rinse and soak the fern lightly in a saucepan overnight to swell. In the morning, fold in a colander and rinse again. 2 Pour some vegetable oil into a hot skillet, put the fern and, stirring, lightly fry. 3 Cover with a lid, simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat. The fern should be soft, but should not creep. 4 Add ajinomoto, hot red pepper, finely chopped garlic and soy sauce in turn. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to simmer for another 5 minutes. Done!
