How to cook "Yeast Pie with Meat and Potatoes"
Make a brew. Add salt, sugar, both types of butter to warm milk. Pour in yeast and a spoonful of flour. Shuffle. Leave the brew for 3 minutes. Then add the remaining flour. Knead the elastic dough. Leave it at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours. Chop the meat finely. Add chopped onions, spices and salt to it. Grease a baking dish with oil. Roll out most of the dough. Lay on the bottom of the mold, making the sides. Top with chopped and peeled potatoes. Salt it. Place the meat and onions. Close everything up with the remaining dough. Make a hole in the middle. Whisk the yolk with the milk. Cover the dough with the mixture.
