Ingredients:
- Cod fillet - 350 Grams
- Potatoes - 3 Pieces
- Carrots - 2 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Celery stalk - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Parsley (twigs) - 2 Pieces

How to make Diet Fish Soup
Rinse and peel carrots, onions and celery. Cut carrots and celery into rings, onions into small cubes. Peel and dice the potatoes. Place in a saucepan with carrots, cover with water and cook. In a preheated skillet in vegetable oil, fry the onions and celery until golden brown. Rinse the fish, dry and cut into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic into small cubes. When the potatoes and carrots are almost cooked, add the fish, sautéed onions with celery, lemon juice, and bay leaf. Season with salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
