- Potatoes - 500 Grams

How to cook Lean Kharcho soup
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Put the water to boil. When the water boils, add the potatoes and washed rice to it. Fry finely chopped onions and carrots on a coarse grater in hot oil until soft. Pour some water into the frying. Add salt, pepper, adjika and tomato paste. Transfer the frying to a saucepan. When the potatoes are almost ready, add finely chopped herbs to the soup.
