How to make Yeast Dough Donuts
1. Pour water and buttermilk into the bowl of a bread machine, add the beaten egg and melted butter, add flour, sugar and salt, do not stir. 2. Make a small indentation in the center, add fast-acting yeast. Close the lid of the bread maker and set the Kneading / Dough setting. 3. After a few hours, the dough has doubled in size, it's time for baking. 4. Transfer the dough from the bowl to the floured table. 5. Divide the dough into 2 pieces. First, roll one into a layer 1.5 centimeters thick, then cut out donuts with holes with special molds. Roll out the second layer and do the same. 6. Place the donuts on a baking sheet with parchment, then place them in the oven, pour boiling water into the bottom pan and leave the donuts in the oven for 1 hour to rise.
