How to cook "Mannik quick"
Combine water with milk in a saucepan and boil. Add semolina gradually while kneading. After semolina, add oil and let it dissolve. Cook the mixture for another 3 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, ricotta, sugar, vanilla, limoncello or lemon juice, and grated lemon zest. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Combine the semolina with the cheese mass, stir so that there are no large lumps. Pour the dough into a 22 cm dish. Bake the manna for 40 minutes, then cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
