- Zucchini - 3 Kilograms
- Mayonnaise - 250 Milliliters (30% fat)
- Tomato Sauce - 250 Milliliters
- Garlic - 2 Pieces
- Granulated sugar - 100 Grams
- Salt - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vegetable oil - 100 Milliliters
- Vinegar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Ground Red Pepper - 2 Pinches

How to cook "Zucchini caviar with mayonnaise"
1. Place the zucchini in a sink, rinse well and cut the rind, then chop them into cubes. Peel two heads of garlic. 2. Grind vegetables through a meat grinder, put everything in a saucepan, add mayonnaise, tomato sauce, granulated sugar and salt, red pepper and sunflower oil, mix well and put on fire. 3. After boiling, reduce heat and simmer for about two or three hours. A few minutes before the end of the cooking process, pour in the vinegar, mix. 4.
