- Peeled shrimps - 500 Grams
- Bulgarian pepper - 2-3 pieces
- Red onion - 2 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Ground chili - 1 Teaspoon
- Garlic Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Cumin - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Smoked Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
- Lime - 2 Pieces
- Fresh Coriander - 1 Bunch (or Parsley)
- Tortillas - 8 Pieces (medium size)
How to make a Family Dinner
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the oil and all the dry spices. Chop the peppers and onions coarsely. Dip the shrimps with these vegetables in the seasoning mixture, mix and put on a baking sheet in one layer. Pour the remaining butter onto a baking sheet and arrange the quarters or halves of the lime. Wrap the tortillas in foil and place them on a baking sheet too. Send everything to bake for 8 minutes. If the shrimp is large, then it takes 10 minutes. Place the hot tortillas on plates and fill them with the vegetable and shrimp mixture. You can pour lime juice over the filling. Serve hot.
