This recipe is interesting in that it turns out an incredibly spicy snack, and the cooking process itself is quite simple. For the marinade, you can use absolutely any spices or herbs that you like. You can serve it to the table after 4 hours, but you can leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Ginger - 1 Teaspoon
- Mussels - 1 Kilogram (in shutters)
- Dry white wine - 200 Milliliters
- Rice Vinegar - 50 Milliliters
- Lemon juice - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Salt, pepper, herbs - To taste

How to cook "Pickled mussels"
1 Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil and add the chopped onion. Fry until soft over medium heat, stirring occasionally. 2 Add garlic and ginger, continue to sauté. 3 In a separate saucepan, heat the remaining oil. Arrange the mussels. Simmer for literally a minute, then pour in the wine and leave for 3 minutes under the lid for the doors to open. 4 Cool slightly, carefully remove the mussels from the shutters (discard those that have not opened!). Place in a deep bowl, add the onion fried with garlic and ginger and the liquid from the saucepan. 5 Add vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice. You can add some hot sauce as well as fennel seeds for flavor. Mix everything thoroughly. 6 Add herbs and salt and pepper as desired. Transfer to a jar or convenient container and refrigerate for 4 hours.
