How to make "Prague" classic cake
1 Put flour, starch, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and stir. Put eggs and sugar in another bowl and beat until white. 2 Gradually add sour cream, condensed milk (leave 4 tablespoons for the cream), honey, vanilla extract and zest of one lemon to the eggs. 3 Put the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients in three passes, mix until smooth. 4 Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and send to the oven preheated to 160 degrees, bake each for about 20 minutes. Transfer the cakes to a wire rack or parchment to cool. 5 Combine the espresso with a tablespoon of boiling water and let sit for 5 minutes. 6 Combine the remaining condensed milk, brewed coffee. Melt the mixture in a steam bath or microwave, stir and cool to room temperature.
