How to cook "Kefir bread in the oven"
1. With kneading dough, everything is quite simple: combine sifted flour, salt and honey in a deep bowl. Add vegetable oil and yeast, pour in warm kefir. Mix everything well. 2. Remove the finished dough in a warm place, covering with a film or towel, for 1-1.5 hours. 3. During this time, it will fit well and will increase in volume at least twice. 4. Place the dough in a greased ovenproof dish. Cover again and keep warm for another 40 minutes. 5. Before baking, make cuts with a sharp knife and brush the top with milk if desired. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. 6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. After 5 minutes, cool in the pan and transfer to a wire rack. Leave to cool completely. Enjoy your meal!
