Have you ever tried paella? In fact, the dish is only called unusual, but in reality it is rice with seafood, vegetables or meat. I am sharing a recipe for how to make Spanish paella.
The most popular option is the seafood paella. You can add any sea cocktail to it. My cooking option is very simple and affordable. A little bit of everything: from seafood - shrimp, from meat - chicken and sausage.

- Saffron - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Water - 1 Art. the spoon
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Chicken Thighs - 4 Pieces
- Chorizo - 170 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Tomato - 4 Pieces
- Rice - 1.5 Cups
- Chicken Broth - 4 Glasses
- Shrimps - 12 Pieces
- Green Peas - 1 Glass
- Lemon - To taste
How to make Spanish Paella
1 In a bowl, combine the saffron with a tablespoon of boiling water. 2 Wash the chicken thighs, peel them, cut the meat off the bone, cut into small pieces. 3 Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil and place the chicken, fry for 5-10 minutes, then put in another plate. 4 Return skillet to heat and place chorizo, add chopped onion and garlic, stir and cook until onion is translucent. 5 Wash and chop the tomatoes, add them to the skillet and cook until tender. 6 Rinse the rice in several waters and put in a frying pan, add saffron with water, salt. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, add chicken and cook uncovered for about 20 minutes.
