I remember that in my childhood I was always looking forward to the green peas in my grandmother's garden to ripen. If it is young, then it could be eaten with a juicy rind. And in this recipe, I decided to repeat it.

Ingredients:

  • Green peas - 100 Grams
  • Tofu - 100 Grams
  • Olive Oil - 50 Milliliters
  • Carrots - 1 Piece
  • Ginger - 1 Piece (2 cm)
  • Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. the spoon
  • Sunflower seeds - 1 Art. the spoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
  • Water - 2 Art. spoons
  • Mustard - 1 Teaspoon
  • Honey - 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Garlic - 2 Cloves
  • Chives - 1 Bunch
  • Lettuce Leaves - 1 Bunch
  • Ground black pepper - To taste
  • Salt - To taste

How to cook "Green Peas with Vegetables"

Rinse garden green peas. Remove the streak from the pods. Chop the washed onion into 3 cm pieces, and cut the peeled carrots into thin strips. In a frying pan, heat st. spoon of oil. Send the grated ginger and chopped garlic (1 clove) there. After 2 minutes, add the sliced tofu. After 3 minutes of heating, remove the tofu from the pan. And send peas with carrots to the same oil. Roast vegetables, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute. Then send the tofu back to the pan. Add soy sauce and water. Simmer the dish for a couple of minutes, stirring it. Refuel. Chop the garlic. Then stir it with vinegar, honey, salt, mustard, pepper and oil.
