How to cook "Buckwheat with meatballs"
Add egg, salt, black pepper and one grated onion to the minced meat. Mix everything until smooth. With wet hands, shape the minced meat into medium-sized meatballs and stack on a work surface. Peel and rinse the second onion and carrots. Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. When the vegetables are browned, add the cereals to them and gently smooth over the entire pan. Pour water or broth two fingers above the buckwheat and set to simmer. When the porridge boils, carefully place the meatballs on top of it. To keep the meatballs intact, it is important that the pan is at maximum heat. When the porridge boils, put on medium heat, cover the pan and simmer the dish for 30-35 minutes. The porridge should take all the liquid and become crumbly.
