Croissants are a popular French crescent-shaped pastry made from puff pastry, which is most often served for breakfast with aromatic coffee or hot chocolate.
Cooking description:
For the first time, bagels began to be prepared not in France, but in Austria back in the 13th century, but French pastry chefs brought this business to perfection, and already in the 19th century, croissants became a traditional French dessert. It is worth noting that, although most often croissants are still a dessert filled with chocolate, fruit or jam, sometimes mushrooms, ham with cheese and other unsweetened fillings are wrapped in them. I offer one of the most common and, probably, the most delicious, recipes for making puff pastry croissants with boiled condensed milk.

How to make Puff Pastry Croissants
Prepare all the ingredients you need. You can take ready-made boiled condensed milk, but from my own experience I know that boiled condensed milk, cooked at home, turns out to be much tastier. Just put a jar of ordinary condensed milk in boiling water and cook for 2 hours. Roll out the dough lightly and cut into triangles with a sharp end. Add 1-2 teaspoons of the filling. Fold the triangles, starting at the wide edge. Lubricate the resulting products with a beaten egg. Send the croissants with condensed milk to the hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
