- Gelatin - 4 Grams (or agar-agar)
- Water - 400 Milliliters
- Sugar - 5 Tbsp. spoons
- Vanilla Extract - To taste
- Fruits, berries - 200 Grams (I have tangerine and blueberries)
How to make "Gelatin (dessert)"
I take agar-agar and pour it into water, then boil for a minute, set the fire to low and cook for 5 minutes. If using gelatin, pour a few tablespoons of cold water over it, and boil the rest of the water. Then add gelatin to it, stir and leave for a while. Add sugar and vanilla extract to the liquid, if desired. Let the sugar dissolve. Place blueberries and tangerine slices in portioned bowls. Pour jelly over them. Leave the jelly for 15 minutes at room temperature to set, then transfer to the refrigerator until it solidifies.
