On the Internet, I met an extraordinary pilaf, the recipe of which I want to share with you. This is the Romanian version of the dish: pork pilaf (with lots of vegetables and spices). See the recipe!
Cooking description:
Various pilaf recipes can be found in the cuisines of the Middle East, Central, South Asia and East Africa. Most of the recipes are very similar in composition: they are always rice, carrots, onions, meat, salt, pepper and additional spices. My version of pilaf is pork, onions, garlic, peas, bell peppers and mushrooms. The combination of vegetables and meat gives the rice a great taste and indescribable aroma.

How to cook "Pork Pilaf"
Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the meat on both sides until it is brown. While the meat is roasting, peel, rinse and chop all vegetables. Transfer the sautéed pork to a plate and place all the vegetables in the pan and fry them for a few minutes until translucent. Add the peas, stir and cook all vegetables for another 4-5 minutes. Cut the meat into small pieces, remove the pan from the heat, add the meat and raw rice to the pan, and stir. Transfer everything to a clay pot with a lid or a cauldron. Add 2 cups or more water to cover all ingredients. Add salt, pepper, other spices, mix. Cover the dishes with a lid and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, cook pilaf for an hour.
