I like to bake rolls on the grill from the side, today I will share a recipe on how to make a roll with spinach, bell pepper and Feta cheese from beef side. The fat layer leaves the meat tender and juicy even after baking. The bright taste of bell pepper is ideally combined with feta, they perfectly complement the taste of this tender meat.

Ingredients:
- Beef Trim - 300 Grams
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Fresh spinach - 1 bunch
- Feta cheese - 100 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Servings: 2-4
How to cook "Beef Trim"
Rinse and dry the meat. Carefully cut with a knife and beat with a hammer until a layer 2-3 cm thick is obtained. Rinse the bell pepper, cut into small cubes and fry in a pan until golden brown. Spread the peppers evenly over the entire surface of the meat. Rinse and dry the spinach, put on top of the pepper. Season with salt and pepper on top, lay out an even layer of feta cheese and roll the meat into a roll. Tie the roll with cooking thread and brush with vegetable oil on all sides. Place the meat on the grill and cook on each side until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. If you like sunburn, hold it longer, but do not overdo it.
