You can form thinner sticks by cutting the dough into narrow strips and stretching it well. As a filling, I advise you to use not only white, but also black sesame, cumin and sunflower seeds, it will turn out very tasty.

- Wheat Starter - 30 Grams

How to cook "Grissini Italian breadsticks"
1. Prepare the starter culture: mix the water with the starter starter culture, mix well. Add the sifted flour and stir well again.
