1. Mix the sifted flour with sugar and salt, chopped ice butter and beat with a blender until crumbled. Add vinegar to water, stir and add to flour. 2. Knead the dough quickly (within 4 minutes). Wrap the dough in a bag and refrigerate. Roll out the dough into a 3-5 mm thick circle so that its diameter is larger than the diameter of the mold. Pour the dough into a mold and shape the sides. 3. Prepare the filling: boil the pork and mince it. Cut the onion into thin half rings, the mushrooms into thin slices, the tomatoes in half. Add butter to a preheated skillet. 4. Fry onion with mushrooms until tender. Then lay out the meat, salt and pepper. Fry the filling for 5-8 minutes. Place the slightly cooled filling on top of the dough and fold the edges of the dough over the top. 5. Place the tomatoes on top, cut down. Top with spices, drizzle with olive oil and cover with foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes. 6. 10 minutes before the end, remove the foil and turn on the grill function.
