How to make Baking Cupcakes
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, combine lightly beaten eggs, melted butter, vegetable oil, juice and zest, sugar. Mix well. Separately mix flour, flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ginger. Pour the slurry into the flour. Knead the dough perfectly and add the nuts. Divide the dough into muffin tins, filling each almost to the brim. Place the muffins in the oven for 20 minutes and cool before trying.
