How to cook "Stuffed Tomatoes" Senior Tomato "

Prepare all the ingredients you need. This time I used the minced pork and beef. In the tomatoes, cut off the tops and remove the flesh to form the cups. Do not rush to throw away the pulp, we will need it. Pour a pinch of sugar into each tomato cup. Finely chop the onion with a knife. Garlic can be passed through a press, or finely chopped. In vegetable oil, first fry the onion and garlic until soft, then add the minced meat and fry for a few minutes, stirring frequently. Then add rice (raw), tomato paste and tomato pulp to the pan, lightly salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally to make a crumbly mass, 15-20 minutes.
