- Olive Oil - 1/4 Cup
- Vinegar - 1/4 Cup
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Dried Oregano - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Red Pepper Flakes - 1 Pinch (or chopped chili)

How to make "Marinated Champignons (Super Fast)"
1. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly, remove the edge of the stalk. Place the mushrooms in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes (do not wait to boil), then drain into a colander and rinse with cold water. 2. Combine olive oil, vinegar, add chopped garlic, dried oregano and pepper flakes, stir. 3. Put the mushrooms in a resealable bag or in a bowl with a lid, fill them with marinade, stir the mushrooms well. 4. After two hours, the mushrooms are ready to serve. Put them in a bowl if you eat right away, or put them in a jar and refrigerate. 5. Serve mushrooms on skewers or place on a plate, enjoy the snack.
