Cooking description:
Sprinkle the table with flour, roll out a little dough with a rolling pin, cut into triangles. We clean bananas. We make an incision at the bottom of each triangle, in the middle, for the convenience of twisting croissants. Cut a slice of banana to fit the edge of the triangle (leave 5 mm allowances along the edges of the dough). Sprinkle the banana with cinnamon, twist the blank into a croissant. We spread the blanks on a baking sheet, grease them with an egg on top. We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Banana croissants are ready! Enjoy your meal!
