How to make "Mini Shepherd's Pie"
Prepare the food you need. Wash and peel vegetables. Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences and steam for 8 minutes. Combine cabbage, dried garlic, oil and salt in a blender, beat until puree. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, sauté chopped onions and carrots for 3-4 minutes. Add minced lamb, dried garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and fry for 4 minutes. Fry the flour in a dry frying pan until a nutty smell appears, add to the minced meat and stir. Pour in hot broth, bring to a boil. Add green peas and bell peppers, simmer for 5 minutes.
