Finely chop the onion and fry. Boil rice until half cooked. We mix all the ingredients, form balls.
SAUCE:
Finely chop the onion and fry, add the tomato paste and stir. Then add flour, stir again, pour in 1 glass of water, then add sour cream, stir, again 1 glass of water, salt and pepper, add chopped garlic and 1 glass of water. Stir and bring to a boil. Then immediately pour the sauce over the meatballs and put in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
POTATO PUREE: Boil the
potatoes until tender and drain. Add butter and crush well. Then add 1 egg and mix FAST, pour in milk and mix again.
