How to cook "Gherkin Chicken in Spiced Oil"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Soak quails in cold water mixed with salt and sugar (based on 1 liter of water, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar). Leave in a cool place for 2-3 hours. Mix softened butter with all the spices and honey. Mix well. Transfer the fragrant butter to a small bag or plastic wrap, shape into a sausage and refrigerate. Dry the quails with paper towels. Cut the frozen oil into circles. Place a few circles of butter under the skin of the quail on the breasts, and generously spread the rest over the entire surface and inside. Send the quail dish, covered with foil, to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil, pour the quail carcasses with juice from the mold and bake for another 20-30 minutes until golden brown on top and fully cooked inside.
