How to make "Waldorf Grapefruit Salad"
Wash the celery and apple. Remove the outer hard fibers from the celery and cut into thin slices. Cut off the tops of the grapefruit so that the segments are visible. Use a sharp knife to cut the thin white skin under the skin. Cut out the pulp of a grapefruit from each segment. Work on a bowl for the juice to drain. Cut into slices. Coarsely chop the nuts.
