How to cook "Cod with a side dish"
Rinse the mushrooms and cut into medium slices. Then fry them in oil until golden brown. In another skillet in hot oil, fry the chopped onion until soft. Then add rice for risotto to it. Fry the ingredients, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft. Next, pour in the wine. When it has evaporated, add 1/4 of the broth. It will be absorbed, then pour in more. The rice should be almost done. Then add the mushrooms. Add the peas to the risotto and finely grate the Parmesan. Simmer it for a couple more minutes, stirring. Meanwhile, cut the fillet into 4 pieces. Brush them with salt and pepper. Then fry the cod in oil on both sides until tender. Serve the cod on a side dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
