How to cook "Carrot Beef Stew"
1. Cut the beef into cubes 3-5 centimeters thick. 2. Fry the slices in a single layer in a skillet in vegetable oil. 3. Place the meat in a deep container. Add boiled bay leaf water and salt to taste. Cover the container with a lid and put on low heat. 4. Cut the onion into half rings, fry it in a pan until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. 5.
