How to cook "Italian spaghetti with meatballs"
1. Cut the baguette lengthwise. Chop the parsley finely. Chop the garlic. 2. Make meatballs. Combine the minced meat with breadcrumbs, parsley, half the Pecorino cheese, ricotta, salt, pepper and 1/3 of the garlic. Mix everything. 3. Divide the minced meat into 10 meatballs. Then fry them in oil for 7 minutes, turning them over a couple of times. 4. At the same time, boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender. Save half of the water. Then drain the water from the paste and add a teaspoon of oil to it. Spread the butter, 1/3 of the garlic and the remaining cheese over the baguette. Bake the bread for 8 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees. 5. Next, add the rest of the garlic to the pan. Fry it with the meatballs for 30 minutes. Then add salt, sauce and half of the spaghetti water. 6. Serve the spaghetti with the meatballs and sauce on top. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the dish. Along with this, serve the baguette from the oven. Enjoy your meal!
