1. Preheat a heavy-bottomed skillet or wok. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Add tomato juice, pepper, paprika, salt, sugar, basil, garlic. Cover and heat slightly. 2. When the tomato comes to a boil, reduce heat to very low. Cut the onion into cubes, add to the minced meat and stir. Salt. Spoon the minced meat balls into the boiled tomato. 3. Add water, cover skillet with lid and simmer meatballs over medium heat for 15 minutes. Break the spaghetti slightly and add to the finished meatballs. 4. Stir, reduce heat and cover for a few minutes. Stir the spaghetti again and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, covered. 5. The dish is ready, garnish with chopped herbs. Enjoy your meal!
