I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes and tell you how to prepare mushroom sauce for any side dish - a versatile gravy with an appetizing mushroom aroma. Just lick your fingers!
Cooking description:
There is nothing special in this sauce (chicken fillet, champignons, sour cream and spices), but it turns out to be so tender, aromatic and appetizing that you can't tear yourself away! Any porridge, spaghetti or pasta will only become tastier with this sauce. Please note that wild mushrooms take a little longer to cook than champignons, so timing correctly. This sauce can even be served as an independent dish: satisfying, tasty, aromatic.

How to cook "Mushroom sauce for any side dish"
1. Put fillets, onions, carrots, garlic, bay leaf and pepper mixture into cold water. Season with salt and cook until meat is tender - 15 minutes. Take out the cooked meat, let it cool slightly and cut into large pieces. 2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides. Transfer the mushrooms to a separate container so that excess oil drains off. 3. In the same skillet, fry the coarsely diced onion. When the onion is translucent, add the chopped fillets, peppers, and Italian herbs to it and stir. 4. Add some minced garlic and stir. Add mushrooms, sour cream, a few ladles of broth. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. Remove sauce from heat, cool. Enjoy your meal!
