The recipe for how to cook a juicy chicken fillet in French is simple enough to prepare it not only for the holidays, but also for an ordinary family dinner. Although the dish is based on chicken breast, which we are used to seeing very often on our table, in this version of preparation it turns out to be unusually tasty and juicy. You can serve juicy chicken breast with absolutely any side dish, but I love it most of all with spaghetti.

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast - 500-600 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Hard cheese - 200 Grams
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 Art. spoons
- Dill Sprigs - 2 Pieces
- Paprika - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon

How to cook "Juicy French Chicken Fillet"
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Cut the chicken breast into thin plates (5-7 mm thick). The plates can not be beaten off, but you can also beat off, this is optional. Cut the onion into thin half rings. If you want the onion to be soft and tender, you can fry it in vegetable oil until transparent (but not more). I do not fry onions, because I like it when it is slightly crunchy and feels good in the finished dish. Prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise and hard cheese grated on a coarse grater. Then squeeze out a couple of cloves of garlic, add paprika and ground black pepper, lightly salt. Chop the dill finely and add to the sauce. Mix everything well.
