After the meat is marinated, put it in a dry frying pan and lightly fry until it is browned. 2. Peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into small pieces. Now pour the potatoes with warm water, about sixty degrees, and leave for twenty minutes, this must be done to remove the starch. Then we wash the potatoes in water. 3. Peel carrots and onions. Finely chop the onion and chop the carrots a little larger. In vegetable oil, save half of the chopped onion until transparent. Now add the meat, and simmer for about thirty minutes with the lid closed over low heat. Then add the potatoes and simmer for another fifteen minutes. Pepper and salt. 4. Peel the pumpkin and chop it coarsely.Save the remaining onion with the carrot, then add the pumpkin pieces and simmer for another fifteen minutes. Stir and add white wine. Add chopped garlic and paprika about five minutes before the end. 5. Put the meat and potatoes in a plate, add the pumpkin stew with carrots and garnish with parsley.
