Burum with chicken is not an easy dish. To begin with, we will cook adjika from peppers, onions, carrots, tomatoes and garlic. Such adjika is useful not only for this dish, but also as a sauce for other meat dishes. We will also prepare a creamy garlic sauce based on yogurt and sour cream. Marinate the chicken in a spicy marinade and then fry it. Well, let's collect the burum itself: spread the lavash with adjika, then add fresh tomatoes, onions and pickled cucumbers, add fried chicken. Pour all this with creamy sauce and wrap it in pita bread. A wonderful snack or a complete meal on the table is ready! And you can take with you to nature, and just have a snack, it's very tasty!

How to cook "Burum with chicken"
1. Let's make adjika. Pass all the ingredients for it through a meat grinder. 2. Place everything in a large saucepan. Add oil, salt. 3. Cook until thickened over low heat, stirring constantly. 4. For the sauce: drain the liquid from the yogurt. Combine the matsoni with the other sauce ingredients and stir well. 5. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. 6. Wash the chicken thighs and cover with the resulting marinade. Leave to marinate for at least an hour.
