- Butter - 6 Tbsp. spoons
- Shallots - 0.5 Pieces
- Chicken Liver - 450 Grams
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Capers - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Dried Thyme - 1 Teaspoon
- Brandy - 1/4 Glass
- Cream - 1/4 Cup

How to make "Delicious Chicken Pate"
1. Wash the chicken liver, wipe it with napkins. 2.Use a knife to cut off all fatty tissue or blood clots, cut the liver into large pieces. 3. Finely chop the onion, heat a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of butter, put the onion on a heated surface and fry it until slightly golden brown, add the liver, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add chopped garlic, capers, thyme to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Pour in alcohol and increase heat to high, evaporate alcohol for about 2 minutes and remove skillet from heat, leave to cool. 5. Transfer the contents of the frying pan to the bowl of a food processor or blender and chop until puree or the desired consistency, add butter, cream. Transfer to a container and refrigerate, serve cold.
