1. Wash and wipe the meat, then salt and leave for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the apples into slices. Heat a skillet with 2 tablespoons of butter, put apples in one layer and fry until golden brown. Transfer the cooked apples to a plate. 2.
