How to cook "Mushroom Quiche"
1. Here's what we need to prepare the mushroom quiche. 2. Let's start by making the dough. It is necessary to mix soft butter, flour, water. Add a pinch of salt and knead into a soft dough. 3. Wrap the finished dough in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 4. While the dough is resting, we wash and chop the mushrooms. Fry them in a hot dry frying pan until all excess liquid has evaporated. 5. As soon as the liquid has evaporated, add chopped onion and vegetable oil to the mushrooms. Fry the onions until soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. 6. After half an hour, take the dough out of the refrigerator and put it in a mold (the diameter of my mold is 20 cm). You do not need to roll out the dough, just stretch it with your hands.
