How to make Pasta Casserole with Cheese and Minced Meat
1. Boil pasta in salted water until tender, then fold over a sieve. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan, add finely chopped onion, sauté it for 2-3 minutes. 2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and place them over the onion, simmer for about 3-5 minutes. 3. Add ground beef to the vegetables, mash it with a spatula, fry until the meat is tender (8-10 minutes). 4. In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add flour to it and stir with a spatula, pour in milk in a thin stream, stirring continuously.
