Ingredients:
- Capellini Pasta - 240 Grams
- Shallots - 1 Piece
- Olive oil - 6 Tbsp. spoons
- Canned sardines - 1 Piece (bank)
- Capers - 3 Tbsp. spoons (canned)
- Lemon juice - 5 Tbsp spoons
- Basil or Parsley - 2 Pieces (sprig)
- Lemon zest - 2 Teaspoons
- Red pepper flakes - To taste
- Salt - To taste

How to make Sardine Pasta
1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add finely chopped onions, zest, salt and pepper to it. While stirring, fry everything until the onions are soft. 2. Then add the sardines, chopped with a fork, and the capers to the pan. Cook for another 2 minutes. 3. Boil the pasta separately. Then add them to the skillet. Pour in the juice. Stir toss the dish for 1 minute. 4. Pour the basil into the prepared paste. Add pepper and salt to taste. Enjoy your meal!
