- Flour - 170 Grams
- Eggs - 4 Pieces
- Sugar - 140 Grams
- Baking powder - 1.5 Teaspoons

How to make Mandarin Pie
1. Here is such a simple set of products we need to make our cake. 2. First of all, of course, we process the tangerines. They must be thoroughly washed, filled with cold water and cooked for 2 hours. Remember to watch out as the water will boil away. 3. After two hours, cut the boiled tangerines, check for seeds and remove them. Place the tangerines in a blender bowl and chop until puree. 4. Beat eggs with sugar until it is completely dissolved. 5. Add tangerine puree to the mixture and stir. 6. Add flour and baking powder and mix until smooth. Pour the dough into a mold covered with parchment (I have a mold with a diameter of 20 cm). Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
