What kind of cutlets I have not met! But I especially remember these ones on vacation in Greece. These are very spicy and very small cutlets for one bite. Come in and see how to cook them.
Cooking description:
Mixed minced meat (beef and pork) is used to prepare these small cutlets. Also, onions, herbs, eggs, bread soaked in milk, an apple, ground cinnamon and dried mint are added to the minced meat. Then small balls are formed and fried in oil. Despite this "explosive" mixture of ingredients, the cutlets are very tasty and aromatic.
