Ingredients:
- Lettuce leaves - 200-250 grams (it is best to take a mix salad)
- Prunes - 8-10 Pieces
- Raisins - 50-70 Grams
- Nuts - 70-80 Grams
- Seeds - 2 Art. spoons (a mixture of pumpkin and sunflower, sesame seeds can be used)
- Olive oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons

How to make a Cleansing Salad
1. Pour boiling water over raisins and prunes for 3-4 minutes. Then we drain the water, and dry the dried fruits. 2. For the salad, you can take any greens, I prefer a mix of salads. Wash the greens, dry them and tear them into small pieces with our hands. Divide into plates. 3. Lightly fry nuts and seeds in a dry frying pan. Chop the nuts. 4. Add dried fruits to the greens (cut the prunes into pieces), sprinkle with nuts and seeds and pour over with olive oil. You can add a few drops of balsamic vinegar, or use natural yogurt as a dressing. Salad ready!
