Turn on the multicooker in the "Fry" mode. Fry the pieces of meat in hot oil until golden brown for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. In a blender, grind the peeled tomatoes, lecho, spices and tomato juice. Pour the sauce over the meat. Add the chickpeas. Simmer in the "Extinguish" mode for 1.5 hours.
