  • Cabbage - 1 Piece
  • Tomato Sauce - 800 Grams
  • Boiled rice - 2 Glasses
  • Cheese - 400 Grams

How to make Rice, Cabbage and Minced Meat Casserole

1. Pour a spoonful of oil into the pan. Fry the minced meat for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. In a separate skillet with oil, fry the onion and garlic until golden brown. Add half the tomato sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes. 3. Add minced meat to the sauce. Salt and pepper, add spices. Pour in the remaining tomato sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes. 4. Chop the cabbage, stew it in a little water until soft. 5. Add boiled rice to the minced meat sauce. 6. In an ovenproof dish, put the cabbage in an even layer, on top - the meat and sauce. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese, cover with foil and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
