- Potatoes - 3 Pieces
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Flour - 50 Grams
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Chicken fillet - 200 Grams

How to cook "Minced Potato Rolls"
1. Boil potatoes in their skins, then cool, peel and grate. 2. While the potatoes are boiling, pass the meat through a meat grinder, add sour cream. Do not forget to salt and pepper. Mix well. 3. Add 1 egg to the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Add flour. 5. Knead the dough. 6. Divide the dough into several pieces (I got 4 rolls). Roll each part into a rectangle, spread with minced meat.
