- Almond flour - 1.5 cups
- Egg - 6 Pieces
- Butter - 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
- Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon (+ vinegar to redeem)
How to make Almond Flour Cupcake
1. Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. 2. Whisk them until fluffy. Combine the yolks with melted butter and stir. 3. Pour flour into yolks, add baking soda and add whites at the end. 4. That's it, the dough is ready. 5. Put the dough in a mold, flatten and send to the oven preheated to 190 degrees. 6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool, cut into portions and serve.
