- Starch - 10 Grams
- Sugar - 85 grams (65 grams in dough, 20 grams in cream + 2 tablespoons for impregnation)

- Water - 3 Art. spoons
- Cream - 200 Milliliters
How to make Sponge Cake with Fruit and Whipped Cream
1. Separate the whites from the yolks and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Then beat the whites with a mixer until foamy, gradually adding sugar. 2. Add yolks and stir at low speed. Add flour with starch, slightly cooled melted butter and milk. 3. Pour the dough into a parchment-covered pan (14 cm) and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cut the cooled biscuit into two parts. 4. Saturate the biscuit with sugar syrup (dissolve sugar in water in equal proportions). Brush the cakes with whipped cream and lay out the fruit. 5. Tighten the sides and top of the cake with cream, decorate with fruit and chocolate. Refrigerate the cake for 2-3 hours. Enjoy your meal!
